We open a vehicle or a property only after verifying that you are entitled to access it. This is a condition of service and it is not waived.
The price for the work is given before the work begins. Anything that changes the job is discussed before it is done.
Work is carried out within the limits of what the hardware and the door allow, and we say in advance when a job cannot be done without damage.
One number, answered around the clock, in English, Spanish, Russian and Chinese. Not urgent? Pick the time. Same day, later in the week or on the weekend, whatever works for you.
