Adding a deadbolt, a second lock, or hardware where there was none.
Before we touch the lock, you know what it will cost.

Adding hardware to a door that never had it, putting a second lock above the first, or replacing what a landlord installed years ago with something that holds.
Not every lock fits every door, and the measurements matter before anything is drilled.
A deadbolt is only as strong as what it locks into. The strike plate on the frame should be held with long screws that reach the framing behind it, not just the trim. On many doors that change does more than a more expensive lock would.
A smart deadbolt usually fits the holes your current deadbolt uses. Check first that the existing bolt slides smoothly by hand with the door closed. If it drags, fix that before installing anything, or the new motor will strain against it.
Yes. We drill and fit the door for it, including doors that have never had a lock in that spot.
On some doors it is worth it, like ground floor entries and back doors onto alleys. On many it is not, and we will tell you which yours is.
Yes, as long as it suits the door. Tell us the model when you call.
