Lost combinations and failed locks.
Before we touch the lock, you know what it will cost.
Call if you need someone right now. Otherwise send this and we will contact you back.
A safe nobody can open is just a heavy box. The usual causes are a lost combination, a dead electronic lock, or a mechanism that has failed with the door shut.
Two details help us come with the right tools and a realistic plan.
Many smaller electronic safes have a backup key lock, sometimes hidden behind a logo plate or a small cover. If you have that key, try it first. If the key is gone too, that is the kind of call we take.
Inherited safes are a common reason the combination is gone. Bring whatever shows the safe is now yours, like paperwork from the estate or the sale, because we need to know you have the right to open it.
Yes, including safes that came with a property or a business.
Often it is. If a new battery does not bring it back, the lock itself has failed and the safe has to be opened another way.
Yes. We need to know you have the right to open it.
