This experience from Manor the locksmith a an A+ one. I contacted Joe and the Lock. They asked a few questions, and stated they would have a locksmith contact me. When Manor returned my phone call I explained to him the issues i was having. I let him know this morning when i returned i couldn't get my key out of the ignition tumbler. After struggling for 1 hour and 30 minutes not being able to shut off my engine i was able to get key to dislodge from ignition tumbler housing. I tried to lubricate the tumbler and wire brush clean the key. Then i attempted to start my car,couldnt get key to turn engine over at all. I was in desperate need of a fix for my 2008 Volkswagen Rabbit I recently purchased,the ignition mechanism inside the steering column was malfunctioning due to a broken spring. When Manor arrived at my house he explained to me the issue this model and year vehicle has. He luckily had the exact match of a part I needed to get up and running again. He quoted me a very high price. I explained to him I was on a fixed budget due to fact I was starting a new job hence the fact why I needed the car fixed A.S.A.P. He then heavily discounted the part,labor,and repair by half. He had the steering column dropped the old part removed,and new part installed and all put back together within 1 hour 45 minute's. My car now works amazing,I couldn't be more happier with the results. If I'm ever in need of a locksmith again I will only use him. I will for sure recommend him to all family and friends I know. I wish there were more professional trades men like him. I really saved the day for me and my family. Thanks again Manor for the 5 star service you provided.
